Raincoats and Coats for Autumn

If you’re ready for a coat update then now is the time to do it!

My focus has been on getting a new super warm coat because I’ve had my parker from Whistles for 5 years now and it’s looking a bit shabby.

Also, I realised I’d been wearing my practical raincoat for years. It really has served a purpose - keeping me dry in London whilst pushing my two boys round in a buggy. However my sons are now 12 & 14 so it’s been a while since I’ve pushed them around!!

When you are a Mum on The Run you need a lot of practical clothing but it’s important to hold on to your identity too. Part of your identity is expressing yourself through your style. So that’s why I ditched the old practical raincoat that has ZERO style and got myself a Rains iridescent pink raincoat instead! One extreme to the other… it’s belted too so makes me feel pulled together.
